Hi @cryptokraze , really cool article, thanks for sharing these infos! As a vegan I'm quite often looking for new ingredients for my meals, and amaranth will surely improve them. As you put so much time and energy in this article I guess nutrition is a big deal for you too, so I wanted to ask you what do you think about turning vegan. It helped me quite a lot improving my nutrition and my knowledge about it, but there are always a few doubts about its effect. What do you think? if you're not, would you turn vegan one day? Cheers
