The Super Tequeyoyo Operated.

Since @ropavejero, @luis07 and I (@crisangel) we arrived in Maracaibo, Zulia state of my beautiful country Venezuela, to witness the progress of the implementation of the Educative Ropavejero Project IV (see here) in search of making dreams come true. During our stay they began to talk about a popular tequeyoyo, which according to we should approve them since it is part of one of the meals in the region. When we hear that curious name, we associate it with what we know in our Guariqueño, by the name of Tequeños, our native friends of Maracaibo, tell us that we are right, that they are like Tequeños but in an improved version and in the Zulian style, which It is characterized by being filled with banana, cheese and ham.

But that's not enough, our friends tell us that the traditional tequeyoyo evolved (hahaha) to a more improved one called tequeyoyo operated (Wow! A doubly fantastic name, right?). This tequeyoyo operated, as the name implies, you have to operate it (hahaha), so to prepare it they grab a normal tequeyoyo, they open it as in an operation, they add the rest of the ingredients either chicken meat, beef and the pernil, and finally put the lettuce, tomato and sauces, that part of the operation is free to cook creativity, in adding what you want and turn it into an exquisite dish.

Our second day in Maracaibo, we had the pleasure of eating a normal or traditional tequeyoyo, it was something unique and truly delicious, I could not take many pictures at that moment because the phone went out, but at least I got the time to capture @luis07 enjoying his tequeyoyo.

The tequeyoyos that we ate pleased us, but we had in mind that Tequeyoyo operated, we wanted to try and enjoy it, a whole fantasy (hahaha). Our last day in Maracaibo started very early, as we had to buy the tickets to travel back to our homes in Guarico State. After several hours to buy the three tickets, @chayanne07 makes us the proposal to take us to approve the tequeyoyos operated in the best place where it is prepared. This place is called Mega Cakes (Mega Pasteles).

Mega Cakes is a small fast food place where you can find: pastries, tequeños, tequeyoyos, empanadas, tequeyoyos operated and cakes operated, all with multiple fillings, they adapt to the one that you like the client and without forgetting a variety of drinks, both refreshing and mineral. But we omitted all that, since we were going by the tequeyoyos operated hahaha.

This site has something very curious, all its walls are grated with words or phrases of each client who visits this site, demonstrating with that the great delivery and dedication of the owner and his employees to those who visit this place. We did not leave that place without leaving our mark on its walls, so while they were bringing the order, we wrote our user names on one of the walls. (Note: the marker we used to write on the wall was well deteriorated and that's why the lyrics were so ugly).

The order arrived, which was a tequeyoyo operated for each one, that is, for @ luis07, @ropavejero, @ chayanne07 and for me (@crisangel). I had that majestic tequeyoyo operated on the table, I could not find where to start eating and so immense it was, they decided to take some pictures.

My dear readers, it is worth mentioning that with a tequeyoyo operated of those, I can be super full, we last a while in our places to lower a little fullness and then we can go (hahaha). There is a nice girl called @paokarinat, who says she can eat 10, the only way she creates it is to see her while she eats them, I do not believe the rest, since I can only with one hahaha, imagine eating 10 tequeyoyos operated.
