This nice fast thing is called a salbute it is filled with refried fresh black beans on the inside and lots of turkey and onions! They're so good!

Esta riqueza se llama cazón tiene carne de tiburón con frijoles refritos negros y un salsa roja buenísima se te antoja?. These are tostadas you fry the tortilla corn of course and get it hard, on top you put refried beans seasoned beef cheese tomatoes lettuce and onions! I'm making these soon hubby loves them!

This is called puchero it is a staple meal like Americans have meatloaf, it has pork chicken and steak with noodles and Mexican squash male bananas corn this is my favorite Spanish stew
