Hi friends, how are you all of you. Today i am here with another tasty recipe. Hope you all like it.
Let's start...
Serving :- 4
INGREDIENTS
• Onion (thinly sliced) :- 2 cup
• Gram flour :- 1 1/4 cup
• Green chilli (fine chopped) :- 2 tsp
• Turmeric powder :- 1/2 tsp
• Red chilli powder :- 1 tsp
• Coriander (fine chopped) :- 1/4 cup
• salt :- to taste
• oil :- for deep frying
METHOD
• Put all the ingredients along with 2 tbsp of water ( or as required ) in a bowl and mix well and make a batter.
• After that heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan and drops few spoonfull of the mixture and deep-fry till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides.
• Drain on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
• Serve it with chutney or tomato sauce and enjoy.
