CHEESE CHILLI TOAST || Recipe
Hi friends, how are you all of you. Today i am here with another tasty recipe. Hope you all like it.
Let's start...
INGREDIENTS
• Bread Slices - 6
• Green chilly :- 2
• Pepper powder :- little bit
• Cumin powder :- 1/4 tsp
• Chat masala powder :- little bit
• Fresh cream :- 1 to 2 tsp
• Paprika powder :- 1/4 tsp
• Chopped tomatoes (only skin) :- 2 tbsp
• Salt :- as per taste
METHOD
• Firstly take grated cheese in a bowl.
• Add finely chopped green chilly, pepper powder, cumin powder, salt and chat masala powder.
• After that add paprika pwd, chopped tomatoes (take out the seeds from the tomato) and a tsp of cream and mix it well together.
• After that take bread slices and roast the bread slightly golden color.
• After that spread the cheese mixture evenly to the roasted bread surface.
• Roast it in the pan, till you get nice colour and texture.
• Serve it with a chilly or tomato sauce and enjoy.
