BANANA CHIPS || Recipe

Hi friends, how are you all of you. Today i am here with an another snacks recipe. Hope you all like it.

Let's start...

INGREDIENTS

• Oil :- for fry

• ‎Black pepper powder :- 1/2 spoon

• ‎Sendha namak (rock salt) :- as per tast

• ‎Raw banana :- 6

METHOD

• Remove the banana peel and after that take cold water, put salt and banana in it for 10 minutes.
• ‎After that cut the slices of banana and again put it in water for 10 minutes.
• ‎After that put banana slices on to a cloth, by doing this all water will be removed.
• ‎Take a pan and put oil for fry.
• ‎Put banana slices into pan and fry it on high flame.
• ‎After that put fried banana slices into plate and mix rock salt and black pepper powder.
• ‎Yours banana chips is ready. Serve it , enjoy it.
