How To Make Corn Fritters - A BraaiBoy TV Recipe
An(other) American-Inspired Recipe

Rick was supposed to join me for this episode as well, but as "let's wing it" road trips go, we couldn't do any filming before our trip, and didn't have enough time at the end... Long story short: Rick isn't in this one... but I thought of when we were making it dude :-)
Corn Fritters
Just like the hash browns in my previous episode, Corn Fritters are not a big thing here in South Africa... and that is a shame... easy to make, and seriously delicious! Think I'm going to start a crusade to get hash browns and corn fritters onto more South African plates from now on :-)
Pre-gGrilling the corn is not a requirement
... but it adds that little extra special braaivleis flavour
Don't grill your corn all the way, because we're gonna take them off the cob

Yes, corn fritters! Any kind of fritter is honestly great to me, I just love the idea behind them and they're usually really tasty. Great recipe, makes me want to try it myself XD

i do wonder if they go well with waffles... a somewhat savoury and sweet meal
hmmmm... not sure if I'd pair them as a side to an ice-cream waffle... but hey, we won't know until we try it, hey?
That intro was so so good! Loved it! I'm gonna have to make those fritters. Corn "nuggets" are popular at restaurants here in the South ;) These will make a good substitute to make at home, Thanks!
