Zucchini gratin with chicken

Today, the role of the main component is the garnish, not the meat component of the dish.
Chicken here is prepared as standard, but the zucchini turns out very tasty and tender casserole, which, no doubt, can be an independent dish.

Ingredients:
- Zucchini, 1 PC.
- Tomatoes
- Cheese (Parmesan or similar), 40 gr.
- Flour, 20 gr.
- Milk, 200 ml
- Breadcrumbs
- Chicken fillet
- Green Basil
- Black pepper, salt, vegetable oil, olive oil
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Wash zucchini and cut into thin slices with a peeler. Cheese rub on a fine grater, cut tomatoes into pieces.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and fry the flour for a minute over medium heat. Pour the milk, 50 ml of water, bring to a boil, stir to avoid lumps and cook for two minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
At the bottom of the baking dish pour 1 tablespoon of sauce, distribute a 1/3 of zucchini, a 1/3 of tomatoes, salt, pepper.
Add a 1/3 of the sauce, a 1/3 of the breadcrumbs and cheese on top.
Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients and put to bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
Cut the Basil leaves, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil salt, pepper to taste, chicken fillet and marinate for ten minutes.
Fry the chicken in a pan for two minutes on each side on high heat, then reduce the heat to medium, cover and bring to readiness for ten minutes, turning periodically.
Serve.
