Cinnamon rolls
Hello!
Today let's talk about Cinnamon rolls.
Difficulty: 5/10
Cooking time: 1 hr., 45 min.
Number of servings: 4
Ingredients:
Dough:
- Milk, 1 Cup
- Sugar, 4 tbsp.
- Dry yeast, 2 tsp
- Flour, 3.5 cups
- Baking powder, 1.5 tsp .
- Salt, 1.5 tsp
- Egg, 1 PC.
- Butter (melted), 6 tbsp.
Filling:
- Brown sugar, 3 cups
- Ground cinnamon, 4 tbsp.
- Ground cardamom, 2 tsp
- Salt, 1 tsp
- Butter (melted), 6 tbsp.
Glaze:
- Cream cheese, 450 gr.
- Powdered sugar, 1/2 Cup
- Vanilla sugar, 1 tablespoon
- Orange juice, 2 tbsp.
- Milk, 1/4 Cup
Collect all the ingredients for the dough, knead, cover and put in a warm place to approach for about an hour.
All the ingredients for the filling loaded into a processor or blender...
...and bring in a homogeneous state.
With the components of the glaze, we do the same. Putting it in a blender...
...mix.
Roll out the dough and distribute the filling on it, leaving two centimeters on one edge.
Carefully wrap the dough with a thick roll.
Cut the roll into pieces of about 4 cm (it is better to do it with a thread, so as not to crumple the roll and not to damage the layers) and spread on a greased baking sheet. The distance between them do more, because the buns in the process and baking increase in size.
Cover the pan with a towel and leave in a warm place for half an hour for proofing. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 190-200°C.
Bake the buns for 25-30 minutes, then cover the top with icing.
Serve.
Bon appetit!
