Turkey chops
Hello!
I thought about whether to post so simple dish, but decided to publish it, because it is not so much a recipe for turkey chops, but a principle of cooking juicy, soft, crispy chops from anything.
You can use chicken, pork, beef, lamb and even fish — it's delicious, fast and easy.
Difficulty: 2/10
Cooking time: 20 min.
Number of servings: 2-3
Ingredients:
- Turkey fillet, 350 gr.
- Breadcrumbs
- Flour
- Dried garlic, 0.5 tsp.
- Ground cumin, 0.5 tsp.
- Black pepper, vegetable and butter, salt
As for garlic and cumin, you can replace them with your favorite spices, or exclude them altogether if you prefer the pure taste of the product.
Break the egg into a bowl and shake with a fork or whisk.
Cut the turkey into portions, lightly beat it (if preparing fish, don't beat), breaded in spices, salt, pepper to taste.
Roll the turkey in flour, then in egg, and breaded in breadcrumbs.
In a frying pan, heat two or three tablespoons of vegetable oil and twenty grams of butter. Fry the turkey for two minutes on each side on a high heat, reduce to medium and bring to readiness under a loosely closed lid for ten minutes, turning every two minutes.
Serve with anything. We had mashed potatoes.
Bon appetit!
