Ingredients:

Baked pork with garlic and rosemary

  • Pork, 350 gr.
  • Rosemary
  • Garlic, 5-6 cloves
  • Vegetable oil, salt

We have marinated pork with minimal fat. It is better to use a more fat piece - it will be juicier and softer even without marinade.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Rosemary leaves are separated from the stems, garlic is cleaned and cut into slices.

Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan and fry the meat on high heat on all sides for two minutes on each.
