Hello!

Today we will cook very tasty, tender and soft cutlets.

Cabbage cutlets

Number of servings: 3

Ingredients:

Cabbage patties

  • Minced pork, 400 gr.
  • Cabbage, 200 gr.
  • Onion, 1 PC.
  • Flour, 10 gr.
  • Tomato paste, 1.5 tbsp.
  • Dried garlic, 0.5 tsp.
  • Butter, 10 gr.
  • Vegetable oil, salt

Cut the cabbage and onion finely.

Fry together for five minutes on medium heat.

Slightly cool, mix with minced meat, flour and dried garlic. Salt, pepper to taste, leave alone for ten minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Sculpt the cutlets and fry for two minutes on each side over high heat.

Put the cutlets in a baking dish, and lightly fry the tomato paste in a pan, pour a glass of hot water, salt, pepper to taste, mix, cook over medium heat for five minutes and at the end, stir in a piece of butter.

Pour the resulting sauce over the cutlets and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
