Stuffed conchiglioni in a creamy sauce

Today we will cook a wonderful Italian dish - conchiglioni stuffed with all sorts of goodies and baked in a cream sauce.

Ingredients:
- Сonchiglioni, 100 gr.
- Mushrooms, 100 gr.
- Cream cheese, 140 gr.
- Shrimps, 150 gr.
- Milk, 200 ml
- Spinach, 200 gr.
- Parmesan cheese, 30 gr.
- Onion, 1 PC.
- Garlic, 2-3 cloves
- Dry garlic, 1 gr.
- Nutmeg, 1 gr.
- Black pepper, vegetable oil, salt
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Conchiglioni boil in boiling salted water for 10 minutes, put in a colander and rinse with cold water.
Onion, garlic and shrimps cut into small cubes, chop the garlic finely, grate the parmesan on a fine grater.
Heat a little vegetable oil and fry the onion and garlic for a minute on high heat.
Add the mushrooms and fry, stirring, for two minutes.
Add the shrimps, half the spinach, salt and pepper to taste and fry, stirring for two minutes, then put the filling to a bowl.
Pour the milk and 150 ml of water into the pan, bring to a boil, add the cream cheese and cook, stirring, for a two of minutes until cheese completely dissolves.
Put the remaining spinach, nutmeg, dried garlic, salt and pepper to taste, cook for two minutes.
Fill the concilloni and put it in a baking dish.
Pour the cream sauce and bake it in the oven for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with parmesan and bake for five to seven minutes.
Served whith sauce.
