Warm salmon salad with asparagus

We once tasting a combination of fish and tangerines and we liked it. Today we will deepen the theme and make a warm salad with tangerines and salmon.

Ingredients:
- Salmon fillet, 150 gr.
- Tangerines 3-4 PCs.
- Potatoes, 2-3 PCs.
- Olive oil, 4 tbsp.
- Cucumber, 1 PC.
- Asparagus, 50 gr.
- Iceberg salad 100 gr.
- Ground fennel, 0.5 tsp.
- Grainy mustard, 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice, 15 ml
- Dill
- Salt, vegetable oil
Cut the salmon into 2-3 cm cubes, wash the potatoes and cucumber and cut them into slices, asparagus into medium fragments, dill finely chop.
Boil the potatoes in boiling water for about 15 minutes.
Cut the skin from the tangerines and cut the flesh into slices.
Mix 1/3 of lemon juice and fennel. Marinate the salmon, salt to taste.
Heat a little vegetable oil, fry the salmon for two minutes on medium heat, set aside.
Add a little oil to the pan and fry the potatoes over high heat until fully cooked (2-3 minutes) and put them on a napkin.
In the same pan, fry the asparagus until soft (about 1-3 minutes).
Make the dressing by mixing mustard, 2/3 lemon juice, dill and olive oil.
Tear a salad with your hands, mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl, add dressing and salt to taste.
Serve.
