Shrimp salad with honey-lime dressing

Ingredients:
- Shrimp, 500 gr.
- Tomato, 1 PC.
- Bell pepper, 1 PC.
- Carrots, 1 PC .
- Salad mix
- Honey, 1 tablespoon
- Lime
- Red onion
- Oregano, 0.5 tsp
- Spicy paprika, to taste
- Black pepper, salt, olive oil
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Cut into small pieces pepper, tomato and onion. RUB on a large grater carrots, put everything on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with oregano and paprika.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Clean the shrimp.
Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the shrimp for a minute (if the shrimp is raw, then for three minutes).
Mix honey, lime juice and two tablespoons of olive oil.
Spread all the ingredients in a large bowl and season.
Stir and serve.

Great recipe! I made it with 2 tablespoons of mayo, 2 minced green onion stalks, 2 chopped celery stalks, 1 diced tomato and 1 tsp dried dill since I didn't have fresh dill available.
Simple and delicious. I added a few shakes of tobasco for a little heat.
