Fish stew with shrimp and mussels

Today will make a stew of seafood and mackerel. Everything will be stewed in tomato sauce with spices, so you can not worry about the taste — it will be rich, powerful, fragrant and hot!

Ingredients:
- Mackerel (fillet with skin), 260 gr.
- Mussels in a shell, 6 PCs.
- Shrimp, 6 PCs.
- Grated tomatoes, 150 gr.
- Lemon, 1 PC
- Carrots, 100 gr.
- Celery, 40 gr.
- Onion, 1 PC.
- Garlic, 3 cloves
- Chili pepper, 1 PC.
- Dry white wine, 50 gr.
- Parsley, 10 gr.
- Cinnamon, 1 gr.
- Dill seeds, 1 gr.
- Saffron, 1 gr.
- Baguette, 1 PC.
- Black pepper, salt, olive oil
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Onions cut into cubes, garlic finely, pepper free from seeds and cut lengthwise, carrots and celery clean and cut into medium fragments. Shrimp clean, mackerel cut into small pieces, lemon zest chop smaller.
Heat some vegetable oil in a pan and fry half of garlic and pepper over high heat for one minute.
If you don't like spicy, put less pepper.
The second half of garlic is mixed with chopped parsley, olive oil, salt and set aside to infuse.
In a frying pan add onions, celery, carrots, lemon zest and fry for 4-5 minutes.
Pour in the wine, a minute later add cinnamon, saffron, dill seeds, tomatoes and 150 ml of water. Stir, bring to a boil and continue cooking for five minutes.
Add the fish, shrimp, mussels and cook on high heat, stirring for 3-4 minutes, then cover with a lid and turn off the heat.
On a baking sheet spread the pieces of baguette, pour on top of garlic butter with parsley and bake in the oven for 7-10 minutes.
Serve with garlic croutons. As a side dish, you can cook pasta, rice, potatoes, or even do without it.
