If you want it to be soft, juicy, with fat and crust, then today's recipe is exactly what you need!

Ingredients:
- Turkey (breast), 360 gr.
- Potatoes, 300 gr.
- Carrots, 300 gr.
- Bacon with / to, 100 gr.
- Pesto sauce, 60 gr.
- Breadcrumbs, 20 gr.
- Paprika (ground or flakes), 5 gr.
- Garlic, 2 cloves
- Thyme
- Parsley
Pesto sauce you can buy ready-made, and it is possible to prepare — is simple enough )). Potatoes can be taken ordinary — just cut it into pieces. Carrots are not necessarily "baby" — take the standart, clean and cut smaller.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Garlic clean, chop finely, parsley leaves-similarly, thyme leaves are separated from the stems.
On a baking sheet put washed potatoes, carrots, salt, sprinkle with garlic, parsley, thyme, paprika, salt, pepper and bake in the oven for fifteen minutes.
Fillet cut along, open and beat to a thickness of 5 mm.
Mix pesto with breadcrumbs and spread on the turkey.
Fold the roll and tightly wrap the bacon.
Put on a baking sheet (with vegetables), increase the oven temperature to 200°C and bake for 25-30 minutes (until potatoes are ready).
Cut into portions, serve.
