Creamy soup with smoked catfish
Today we will follow the famous russian chef Vasily Emelianenko and cook a very interesting version of fish cream soup.

- Hot smoked catfish, 400 gr.
- Cream, 20%, 150 ml
- Flour, 15 gr.
- Potatoes, 3-4 PCs.
- Butter, 30 gr.
- Onion, 1 PC.
- Black pepper, vegetable oil, salt
Fish is carefully peel. Bones, skin to one side, fillet to the other. Onions cut into small cubes, potatoes peel and cut medium cubes, dill stalks and green chop separately.
Put the skin and bones in 1.5 liters of cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes (you can add a Bayleaf, if you like).

Fry the onion in a mixture of vegetable oil and butter for a minute.
Shake the flour with half the cream.
Filter the fish broth, put the potatoes and dill stalks, cook for 10 minutes on a low heat.
Add the fish, cook for five minutes, pour in, stirring, the cream-flour mixture with the rest of the cream, salt, pepper to taste and cook for five minutes.
Serve with dill greens.
