Chicken roll with mozzarella and basil

Today we will cook a delicious dish in the Mediterranean style — juicy chicken breast stuffed with mozzarella, basil and celery.

Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet (breast), 360 gr.
- Mozzarella, 50 gr.
- Celery, 40 gr.
- basil, 10 gr.
- Garlic, 1-2 cloves
- Paprika, 1 gr.
- Black pepper, vegetable oil, salt
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Grate the cheese and garlic on a fine grater, cut the celery into a small cube, chop the basil leaves, leaving little for serve.
Mix the cheese, celery, garlic, basil and paprika. Salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the fillet lengthwise, open and lightly beat it with the flat side of a hammer.
Put the filling, tightly roll the rolls and pin them with toothpicks.
Add a little vegetable oil to the pan, fry the rolls on high heat for a minute and a half on each side, then bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Remove the toothpicks and serve with basil leaves.
