Salad with buckwheat and parmesan cheese: Recipe
Diet salads for people trying to loose weight or taking control over calories. Salad with buckwheat and parmesan cheese is easy to prepare and delicious in taste. Enjoy any time with your family.
Ingredients
- 30 g of buckwheat;
- 15 g of Parmesan;
- 100 g of spinach;
- 30 g of leek;
- 100 g of iceberg lettuce;
- 20 grams of Greek yogurt.
Preparation
Buckwheat fill with steep boiling water from the calculation of 1 part of the cereal to 2 parts of water and leave for 6-8 hours. Cut the onion, chop the Parmesan, lettuce leaves tear on the pieces. Mix all ingredients, season with yogurt.
In one portion it can contain 232 kcal, 15 g protein, 6 g fat, 33 g carbohydrates.
