What you put out into the universe, so shall you receive.

On that same note, what you bring into yourself affects every part of your being.

We have learned that our thoughts have a direct relation to our reality. When we think negative thoughts, we attract negative occurrences. Alternatively, when we focus on the positive, we attract the same.

Energy attracts like. Good attracts good.

We can visualize all the positive things we want, but if we are not bringing good into ourselves we will stagnate. I'm talking about what we choose to eat and drink.

Eating healthy creates a solid foundation. You are not going to be successful if you don't eat well! Making poor food choices causes your body to work harder to be rid of the chemicals and things it does not need. Wouldn't that energy be better spent elsewhere?!

Think about your food choices. Yes, indulgences are fine, and even healthy for your spirit, but in moderation.

Choose healthy foods to nourish your body and mind. This creates perfect energy, which in turn attracts the same.

If you need to make changes in your diet for optimum health, do so slowly. Overloading yourself by completely overhauling your kitchen will set you up for failure.

Choose to bring healthy foods and drink into your body. You current and future you will thank you :)

What I liked the most about this piece was how you started with the law of attraction and then beautifully connected with your eating habits and food choices. Completely agree with what you say. Eating junk isn't just unhealthy for your body but also for your mind.

THIS - food - is the answer to 90% of personal success.

At the cellular level, we are literally what we eat.

If we fill our bodies full of crap, what good results can we expect from a anything else in life...?

Your body is just like a house. You can have beautiful designers, high end furniture, and the love of a happy family, but if the walls and foundation were built poor, it will soon crumble and all the gorgeous work you have done is left in rubble.

I have pretty much always maintained the good structure- but its all the bloody parties in it that keeps wrecking the rooms... lol

Well, if the parties are kept a bit far apart, they are great for the soul ;)

But your tone suggests they are wild and frequent ;)

only 6/7 days a week - for 3 decades - I'm calming down now...

what about balance? i use to spend days in wilderness, eating healtiest stuff all day, and then i have that urge to fill my self with junk poison, i guess because balance.. or not sure why at all.
im afraid i would grow wings and start glowing if i would choose only positive things all day.

Yea, I mentioned that it is good and healthy for your body and mind to indulge every once in a while :)

But moderation is key ;)

that was just carb detoxing!

....and that's the drug craving kicking in..you were going cold turkey, my friend.

I live on ultra low carbs diet (well try to). The cravings I get for carbs are as intense as nicotine cravings - (or worse)

Carbs are the worst drug in modern living ( way more than illicit substances)
