Ulog 1: Perfect Match- Arroz ala Cubana and Grilled Banana

If we, humans, wants to have partner, it would also be great if foods has partners too. There are some dishes which would taste good with side dish to complement the meal.

So what do we have for dinner tonight?

We had arroz ala cubana as the main dish for the dinner. It used to be one of the specialties in Pancake House, but it was now being cooked by some people.

The perfect partner for arroz ala cubana is banana! Not fried but grilled, with muscovado sugar on top of it.

We had a delicious dinner,and it filled my tummy with so much joy.
