Sriracha Chicken with Zoodles
Do you like Asian food? If you do, I'm sure you've tasted Sriracha chicken as well. It's delicious, isn't it? My recipe is not the original sweet and spicy honey Sriracha chicken recipe, it's made healthier: it's less sweet, but it's spicy, garlicky and very tasty. Plus this flavorful marinated chicken is served over zucchini noodles, to cut the carbs.
This not too sweet and not too sticky, but perfectly good spicy chicken dinner recipe is easy and simple to make: you whisk together the sauce ingredients, mix with the chicken breast pieces and let the chicken marinade for at least 30 minutes. Cook the marinated meat in a skillet, meanwhile prepare the zucchini noodles. Serve the chicken breast over the sauted or raw zoodles, garnish your dish with sesame seeds.
You can prepare this healthier version of the well known Asian food in 30 minutes in your kitchen. Don't order it, make it yourself!

Nice post with amazing photographs.
What setup do you use for food photography in terms of lighting?
Thank you so much!
I'm using a a softbox and one or two white cards to bounce back the light. When I have the opportunity, I shoot in natural light close to a window. I never use the camera's flash. These are my tricks! :D
That looks delicious !!
Thank you, you're so kind!
