Chocolate Week 1/5 @ Del Rey (Antwerp, Belgium)

Which country would you pick when you think about the best chocolate producing country... Belgium or Switzerland?

I wasn't sure until I lived in Belgium, but now I believe Belgian chocolates are the best in the world for me. Maybe because this week is Valentine's week, I really would like to share my experience in my favourite Belgian chocolatiers which I think are truly fabulous.

First off, this place called Del Rey in Antwerp, Belgium.

Their 'petits fours' are one of my favourites from Del Rey. Its chic design, colour, size.. all so perfect. They always play a fantastic role at the end of the dinner parties I host. They have beautiful biscuits, eclairs, macarons, ice cream etc too.

Unlike the other popular Belgian chocolatiers, Del Rey is not a chain that you can find in every Belgian city, it is exclusive to Antwerp. There are so many amazing chocolate shops in Belgium.. so this week I'd like to post about my favourite different ones everyday.
