Soup from potatoes, leeks and green peas

Ingredients

• 2 large stems of leeks (300 g);
• 1 large potato (400 g);
• 1 ½ tablespoon of olive oil;
• 1 teaspoon crumbled broth cube;
• 400 ml of water;
• 400 ml of milk;
• a few twigs of parsley;
• 200 g of frozen green peas.
  
  

Preparation

Rinse and peeled leeks cut into small circles, and potatoes - cubes.

Put a deep frying pan on medium heat and heat oil on it. Put the vegetables in a pan and cook for 5 minutes until they begin to soften. If desired, you can add a bouillon cube.

Pour in potatoes and onions water, reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes. Vegetables should become soft.

Add the milk, a few chopped parsley sprigs and peas into the pan and leave to simmer for another 5 minutes.

Ready soup can be filtered through a sieve, chopped in a blender or served directly. It depends on your preferences.
