NEW RECIPE - LATVIAN BEAN SALAD
You will love this Latvia Bean Salad. In Latvian it is called pupiņu salāti. It is super easy salad to put together, and you will love all the flavours. Its so fresh, easy to make and pretty healthy!
It is perfect for vegetarians and beans really fill you up! There are several variations of the salad, but i am presenting you my version! I hope you enjoy it and I love serving it at BBQ parties!!

Ingredients
1 tin of red kidney beans
1 red pepper
3 medium size pickles
1 tablespoon sour cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
salt and pepper to season
1 tsp of paprika
Directions
Step 1 : Drain and rinse the kidney beans. Place in a medium bowl.
Step 2 : Finely chop the red pepper and pickles and place in a bowl with beans.
Step 3 : Season well with salt, pepper and paprika. Add sour cream and mayonnaise and mix everything really well. Serve with spinach or on its own.

This salad is very different for me. I've never seen one made that way. To tell you the truth, I don't know very many of these ingredients that you quoted, with the exception of the sauces placed. Here in Brazil, it is very common to use mayonnaise to spice food, besides putting it in salts and sandwiches.
How does this salad taste? Is it more about sweet or salty?? I had this curiosity to know what the flavor would be, because, depending, the food we should eat next to this salad will be very different!

Someone sounds like he has had a taste of it. Well I haven't, it looks yummy but then again it's also for vegetarians I doubt if I will love the taste of it.
