This salad is very different for me. I've never seen one made that way. To tell you the truth, I don't know very many of these ingredients that you quoted, with the exception of the sauces placed. Here in Brazil, it is very common to use mayonnaise to spice food, besides putting it in salts and sandwiches.

How does this salad taste? Is it more about sweet or salty?? I had this curiosity to know what the flavor would be, because, depending, the food we should eat next to this salad will be very different!
