HOW TO PREPARE EFO RIRO

Hey everyone, I want to share you the preparation of one of my best food. Efo riro is a common food among Yoruba people . It's really delicious and highly nutritious. It can be served with rice,semo,eba and lots more..... I love it more with pounded yam....oh my God...you won't understand how delicious it is until you give it a try...

Ingredients

  • Efo tete [Green Vegetable]
  • Pepper
  • Tomatoes[Optional]
  • Onions
  • locust beans[Optional]
  • Smoked Fish
  • Dry cat fish
  • Palm oil
  • Seasoning Cube
  • Salt

Preparation

  • Blend Pepper, Tomatoes and Onions altogether.

  • Put a clean pot on the heat and pour the palm oil inside the hot pot.

  • Pour the blended pepper inside the hot oil.

  • Add the smoked fish and dry catfish.

  • Add salt and the seasoning cube. Stir it.
  • Allow it to get cooked for 10minutes.
  • Add the green vegetable and stir it.

  • Allow it to get cooked for 5minutes.

WOW!!!.....EFO RIRO IS READY.
