City workers to water flowers on Deadwood Main Street
In Deadwood - 3-2 votes, the Deadwood City Commission Deadwood is beautiful, with city staff placing mainstream flowers and budettes valued at $ 4,000 in BID 7 funds by volunteers from the Main Street Initiative.
City workers had to pay to go to Main Street for watering these flowers.
