Morning Glory are "Convolvulaceae" funnel symmetrical shaped flowers perennial plant. The seed are exploited for their medicinal value as Purgatives.
The stems are usually winding, hence Latin name (from Convolvere, to wind). Their leaves are simple and alternate.
