Sleeping flowers
Good nite,
If you are taking a walk in the flower garden at night, you may find many flowers covered with petals.
Flowers that always close at night, like tulips, shoals, poppy and crocus are not for drowsiness. Instead they are evolving.
Flowering plants that look like falling asleep show a natural behavior known as nyctinasty. Scientists know the mechanism behind this phenomenon.
In the evening air which tends to be cold and dark, the lower petals will move faster in the appeal of the petals. This will force the flower to close.

Here's something neat I got from the market yesterday: magic sleeping flowers. These are real flowers that are apparently still alive 😱

Awesome
Thanks
