What Happened to Malaysian Flight 370

Passengers begin to board the aircraft. Upon entering the plane, all passengers are advised to not open the windows because of a technical issue.

20 minutes have passed since departure of Malaysian Airlines Flight 370. 

Passengers in the cabin sit innocently on their trip to Beijing, China. Some are on board to see family, some to do business, and others for vacation. They feel safe in the hands of their trusted and skilled pilot and flight crew. One passenger gets up to ask for water, but there appears to be nobody to ask. He asks those around the front seats where the flight attendants are. Come to think of it, nobody has seen any staff since they seated. He doesn't think too much further about it, they are probably busy right? He goes back to his seat to wait until somebody shows up.

40 minutes have passed since departure

Curiosity begins to set in for those who realize there is no staff around. Their usual cart runs down the isle have not happened. People in the cabin chatter about what is going on. Many are confused on what the actual problem even is because of all the chatter. Some get up to look for an attendant but cockpit doors are locked shut, and there isn't even a flight attendant room. Some even attempt to open the windows but they are all sealed shut.

60 minutes have passed since departure

Anxiety sets in many passengers in the cabin. Its almost like it is just them, nobody else but the passengers. Not a sight of a pilot, crew member, or flight attendant. By this point, everyone knows about the issue. Those who assume the worst begin to panic and others pray.

2 hours have passed since departure

Many start to get up in desparation to find just a single staff member. They start to knock on the cockpit doors. No answer. Those knocks turn into bangs. Harsh banging barrages the cockpit doors. The noises frighten the passengers more. Everyone, even the fearless are worried. The cockpit doors remain shut, undamaged. Some start to gather blunt force objects from luggages to break into the cockpit. The banging is louder than ever. Maximum man power is being used to break into the cockpit. The door remains undamaged, just barley scratched. Eventually, they give up, realizing that breaking in is impossible. Many grow up together to plan solutions.  Others assume everything is okay and relax as if nothing is happening.

3 hours have passed since departure

An un-human voice on the loud speaker tells all passengers to buckle up as they are about to land. The lights dim. The plane takes a harsh turn downwards and lands. Everyone knows their flight should be taking hours more. Why were they landing so early?  Why is there no other staff? Why is everything locked? The moods of everyone have became more than fear. Terror and the unknown fear of what will happen have damaged the mental status of everyone.

3 hours and 5 minutes have passed since departure

The side door of the plane is opened. A bright light from the outside fills the dimmed cabin. This light isn't the natural light from a sunny day. It is more of a fluorescent light. Masked figures in hazmat suits enter the plane. They tell everybody to comply or face deadly force. The first passenger taken from the cabin resisted and attempted to assault the figure. He was instantly shot and killed. The rest did not bother to resist. Passengers one by one were escorted to a lab. Each passenger was forced into a human sized glass cylinder. Chilling gasses filled all the cylinders. The figures heartlessly ignored the pleas to let them go. They weren't even given the chance to know what was happening.

Here is what happened

5 days before departure

Najib Razak, prime minister of Malaysia, is messaged by an anonymous threat to pay a ransom of a couple hundred citizens. If not, they will kill and torture all of his family. He is forced to choose his family or his citizens. He chooses his family. This dishonorable, selfish decision will lead to the kidnapping of 239 people. Many more families will be destroyed, and tragedy will will those who lost loved ones. 

3 days before departure

Malaysian government allows a construction crew to preform maintenance on an aircraft at a Malaysian airport. They install a computerized system in the aircraft cockpit, and seal all windows and doors shut (except for the door to enter). Basically the plane is now a drone and is programmed to fly to a set destination.

10 minutes before departure

A fake flight attendant greets those about to board and advises nobody to open the windows. They do not enter the plane. They seal shut the door once everyone has boarded.

60 minutes after departure

The tracker on the plane has been turned off. The plane continues in its off course direction. for the next few hours.

After landing in an unknown area

The figures in hazmat suits are advanced scientists who work for an unknown nation. They escort all passengers to a cryogenic chamber. Aside from the first who resisted, nobody was killed. They will be kept in a frozen state for centuries and be awoken in a futuristic world.
