Challenge Completed - Legs Day 660 reps on January 17

Well the gym was much more bearable last night, the numbers have halved.
I don't know why but every man and his dog seem to want to train Monday and Tuesday.

So I was hoping to smash out some squats and leg presses, but I started talking with one of the lads about bikes coz he is looking at buying a new one. nek minit we been talking for 20 mins lol.
Still was able to pump out a solid leg workout.
I also decided to throw in some abs and obliques as good measure.

Oh damit I forgot to take a selfie last night too :(

💪 12 reps * 5 sets standing calf, @145kgs, @165kgs, @185kgs, @165kgs, @145kgs + bodyweight 114kgs

💪 20 reps * 5 sets cable abs crunches, @24.5kgs

💪 20 reps * 5 sets oblique crunches, @10kgs

💪 8 reps * 5 sets seated calf double pump, @20kgs

💪 8 reps * 5 sets leg extension, @70.5kgs, @77.5kgs, @84.5kgs, @77.5kgs, @70.5kgs

💪 8 reps * 5 sets leg curls, @70.5kgs, @77.5kgs, @84.5kgs, @77.5kgs, @70.5kgs

💪 12 reps * 5 sets glute machine @20kgs

☠️ Meals for the Day ☠️

Breakfast I had scrambled eggs and toast.

Morning tea I had nuts and pretzels and I had my usual amino shake, with 10 grams of essential aminos + branched chain aminos and 2.5 grams of creatine and 2.5 grams of glutamine.

Lunch I had a pie and sausage roll, some dried fruit and a health bar.

Afternoon meal was a shake, with 2.5 grams glutamine, 2.5 grams creatine, protein 50 grams.

Dinner I had chicken kebabs and veggies.

During my workout I had a shake, with10 grams of essential aminos + branched chain aminos and 2.5 grams of creatine and 2.5 grams of glutamine.

The new year resolution-ers are stronger this year!! I give them till the end of January before the gyms go back to being normally populated haha. Great workout bro. Let me see you get stronger!

Yeah there is a few new faces at the gym, though there is just something about monday night. Feel like a sardine in a tin on mondays lol
