Challenge Completed - Legs Day 452 reps on February 7

Well I think I was up to legs day lol.
Normally I keep track of my routine in my head, but since starting to take notes on my phone I haven't been keeping track of it.

Another solid session last night, almost thought I broke the leg curl machine lol
I adjusted the back rest distance and on my third set the backrest gave way and I flew backwards. Though I think I just didn't lock it in quite right.

Working Sets

💪 12 reps * 5 sets standing calf, @150kgs, @170kgs, @190kgs, @170kgs, @150kgs + bodyweight 114kgs

💪 12 reps * 5 sets leg press, @145kgs + body weight

💪 8 reps * 5 sets seated calf double pump, @30kgs, 40kgs, @50kgs, @40kgs, @30kgs

💪 8 reps * 5 sets leg extension, @82kgs, @89kgs, @96kgs, @89kgs, @82kgs

💪 8 reps * 4 sets leg curls, @82kgs, @89kgs, @96kgs, @82kgs

☠️ Meals for the Day ☠️

Breakfast I had scrambled eggs and toast.

Morning tea I had some nuts and pretzels and a shake, with 10 grams of essential aminos + branched chain aminos and 2.5 grams of creatine and 2.5 grams of glutamine.

Lunch I had a vietnamese roast pork roll, yummo.

After noon meal was just a protein shake, with 50 grams of protein + 2.5 grams of creatine and 2.5 grams of glutamine

Dinner I had marinated chicken wings and veggies.

During my workout I had a shake, with10 grams of essential aminos + branched chain aminos.
