Challenge Completed - Legs and Abs Day 860 reps on March 22
Another solid session for me last night.
My legs were still a little sore, but I just cranked through my workout anyway. I don't know why but my legs are the only muscle group which have trouble healing.
Maybe it's because when walking around they don't get as much of a chance to rest as other muscle groups.
