Challenge Completed - Legs and Abs Day 600 reps on March 16

After having two days off from I don't know what the heck I did, but maybe pulled a muscle it was time to get back in the gym.

I just went with a light session last night, to ease back into a routine again.
I jump on the scales and god damn it I'm up to 116kgs, I freggin put on a few kilos :(

Lol it's funny being the only really big muscly guy in the gym, I seem to get checked out by the ladies a lot more lol.

💪 12 reps * 5 sets leg extensions, @40kgs

💪 12 reps * 5 sets leg curls @40kgs

💪 20 reps * 5 sets oblique crunches, @14.5 kgs

💪 12 reps * 5 sets glute press, @20kgs

💪 12 reps * 5 sets seated abs crunches, @25kgs

💪 half km steep incline walk
