Challenge Completed - Legs and Abs Day 600 reps on March 16
After having two days off from I don't know what the heck I did, but maybe pulled a muscle it was time to get back in the gym.
I just went with a light session last night, to ease back into a routine again.
I jump on the scales and god damn it I'm up to 116kgs, I freggin put on a few kilos :(
Lol it's funny being the only really big muscly guy in the gym, I seem to get checked out by the ladies a lot more lol.
