Challenge Completed - Chest Day 852 reps on Feburary 9
It was another late session in the gym lastnight.
Decided to take my beloved for a stroll along the esplanades, as it was a perfect night for a ride.
I was hoping it would be dead by the time I got in the gym, but no there was about 10 people in there :(
I managed to smash out a fairly solid session, chest is now killed lol.
Near the end of my workout I faded out very fast, as I had been awake since 5:30 am and it was 11:30 pm at that point so was a damn long day.

Breakfast I had scrambled eggs and toast.
Morning tea I had nuts and I had a shake, with 10 grams of essential aminos + branched chain aminos and 2.5 grams of creatine and 2.5 grams of glutamine.
Lunch I had my meal pack I prepared in the wok and a cookie and some dried fruit.
Afternoon meal was a protein shake, with 50 grams of protein.
Dinner I had roast chicken with a plate full of veggies.
I had a pre workout before the gym(half a scoop), with a half scoop of a fat burner.
During my workout I had water.
