Challenge Completed - Chest Day 812 reps on Feburary 2
Last night was another big chest session for me.
I always like hitting chest, one of my favorites.
I managed to sneak in a bit of filming last night also, you can check it out on DTube here.
I will look at doing more recordings when the gym is quiet :)
I have been doing the cable push downs for the chest the last few weeks, it's the first time I have done this exercise and I love it.
I would like to encourage others to join in on this challenge, just doing 30 mins to an hour of exercise each day is really good for us.

☠️ Meals for the Day ☠️
Breakfast I had scrambled eggs and toast.
Morning tea I had nuts and I had a shake, with 10 grams of essential aminos + branched chain aminos and 2.5 grams of creatine and 2.5 grams of glutamine.
Lunch I had my meal pack I prepared in the wok and a cookie and some dried fruit.
Afternoon meal was a protein bar and a protein shake, with 50 grams of protein.
Dinner I had crumbed lamb cutlets with a plate full of veggies.
I had a pre workout before the gym(half a scoop), with a half scoop of a fat burner.
During my workout I had a shake, with 10 grams of essential aminos + branched chain aminos.
