Challenge Completed - Chest Day 800 reps on January 13
Last night was another huge session, and it was back to good ol chest day.
I'm really happy with how I'm tracking and have been gaining my strength back really quick, though muscle memory seems to have helped gain the strength and size back.
I sure wont be able to do these longer sessions during the week, as taking the strong pre workout I use really makes it hard to sleep. So I think friday and saturday nights I will use it to bust out the big sessions.
I might start taking the camera to the gym and taking some video footage of some of my exercises, it makes it hard to record when I train alone but maybe I can just sit the camera somewhere and record.
As always you will notice I mix up my workouts to shock my body so it doesn't get used to the same old routine.

Breakfast I had 2 packets of quick oats.
I also had a shake, with 10 grams of essential aminos + branched chain aminos and 2.5 grams of creatine and 2.5 grams of glutamine.
Lunch I had my meal pack I prepared in the wok. I also had a small candy bar lol damn it.
Dinner I had roast lamb with a plate full of veggies.
I had a pre workout before the gym, with a combination of one scoop of jack 3d and half a scoop of total war.
During my workout I had a shake, with10 grams of essential aminos + branched chain aminos and 2.5 grams of creatine and 2.5 grams of glutamine.

Haha yeah I will push you to the limit, I'm a good self motivator so I have no trouble pushing myself. plus it helps when you got NWA cranking on the headphones :D

I'm using total war by redcon one, though it's the old formula with that banned substance DHMA. Gee it gives u a buzz when combined with jack 3d
