Challenge Completed - Chest Day 780 reps on January 20

So after having basically 2 rest days it was time to get back to business.
I realised after a few exercises that I was actually meant to do shoulder day, for some reason I had it in my head it was chest day. So I will be hitting shoulders tonight instead.

Lately I have been hitting abs every two days for just one exercise, as my abs could really do with a bit of extra work.
Need to loose this belly.

I would like to encourage others to join in on this challenge, just doing 30 mins to an hour of exercise each day is really good for us.

Warmup Sets

💪 12 reps * 5 sets low cable fly, @5kgs per side

💪 12 reps * 5 sets seated chest fly, @33kgs

💪 8 reps * 5 sets db straight chest raises, @6kgs

☠️ Meals for the Day ☠️

Breakfast I had fried breakfast, eggs bacon zucchini kale tomato mushrooms.

Then I had a shake, with 10 grams of essential aminos + branched chain aminos and 2.5 grams of creatine and 2.5 grams of glutamine.

Lunch I had my meal pack I prepared in the wok. I also had a cookie and a ice block(too hot).

Dinner I had home style fried chicken with a plate full of veggies.

I had a pre workout before the gym(half a scoop), with a half scoop of a fat burner.

During my workout I had a shake, with 10 grams of essential aminos + branched chain aminos and 2.5 grams of creatine and 2.5 grams of glutamine.

I miss going to the gym after my surgery appendectomy last December 2017... So I eat less since I cant move more this time... so gald you enjoy getting fit! ;)

Me as well, and it seems my tummy is growing bug fast as I ate much haha!

How long does it take to do all that @thevillan ?

It takes me about 1 hour and 20 mins to get through it. It's not too bad, my body is used to the torture lol
