Challenge Completed - Chest and Back Day 880 reps on April 21

Well I'm kind of glad this was the last workout for my 3 day cycle, looking forward to a few weeks of training only one area per night for my 6 day cycle.

I sacrificed a few reps last night so I could throw in a 15 min run at a slightly slower pace that normal.
Really want to focus on my cardio a bit more, now that I wont be training so intensely I can throw in some more cardio with that extra time :D

I want to do also but I am daily worker so time is so limited.

I work 5 days a week, travel 1.5 hours a day and still manage to fit the gym in. Sleep is overrated

That's a good one. Is all about body fitness

@thevillan This full-body challenge consists of two alternating workouts that you can adapt to your fitness level and get done quickly. Plus, it's challenging enough to make you feel like a boss.

I wouldn't want to do full body workout with the weight I lift ;)

doing sports, is a good activity for all aspects, let alone sports fitnees.
