Challenge Completed - Chest and Back Day 620 reps on March 27

Well after my back playing up on me it was good to hit the gym again, I really hate having a bad back. Out of nowhere it can just start playing up on me, it felt like I had something stuck in my vertebra as every time I moved it hurt and actually felt like something was preventing me from moving properly.
Also my nerves from my back to my head were hurting.

It really sucks when this happens, but thankfully it doesn't happen too often.
The gym has really helped me here though because this pain used to be much more frequent, like once or twice a week. But now after about 6 years of training it only happens maybe once every month or 2.

Holy cow!!!! Your warm up set is my working set because I only have 45 min to workout during the week. How long did this take you!! This would be a good weekend workout. Do you have a huge warm up because of your back issue?
