I just found this quote and decided to put :) If you are not deadlifting, you are not training.

Training done. Should feel light, but must be enough heavy to notice a technique.
Train light-compete heavy.
Most people don't notice, but there is a difference between lift big and become stronger.
Let's take two persons. First person without any problem can deadlift 200kg(genetically born). Second person can't even lift correctly 50kg. First person skipping training, because he thinks he is strong, second person starts training. In competition second person lifted 205kg and the first person 200kg :) Everyone can become stronger, but to know how much you can get stronger, you need to start training. First person didn't become stronger.

What does it mean to be strong? To lift the most heavy weight with the smallest body weight.

Exercises:
Power Clean+Clean
Snatch balance
Push Press
Muscle Snatch

Sort:

"Second person can't even lift correctly 50 kg". Starts training. In competition can lift over FOUR TIMES that amount.

How many years passed in that period? :-/

about two years
