After workout meal:
Chicken on the bones
Pan Grilled aubergines
Pickled Gherkins
I don't madly count my calories, I just avoid simple sugars. My meal must contain any kind of meat, vegs, and some carbohydrates. The formula is?: 40% protein, 30% fat, 30% carbohydrates. Weight your meal once and you will have a visual how much you need, just once in a while reweight(recheck) your meals. Adjust your meal to your goal and stick to it. If there is no progress toward your goal- reweight and recount your meal calories and try again.
