Every workout I now participate in the daily 100 rep challenge hosted by @steemmatt
The details of the challenge are here: https://steemit.com/health/@steemmatt/the-steemit-daily-100-rep-fitness-challenge-day-1-find-your-inspiration-and-join-me-now
Good work !
I'll have to get on board with the challenge and do some higher volume works myself soon too.
You should. I like it because it adds a sense of community to fitness related posts. Every day @steemmatt makes a blog post for the challenge and in the comment section you list the number of reps you did and a link to your own blog post of your workout.
