New Challenge!!
@Notorious562 has created another challenge along with the #50pushupchallenge! #50squatschallenge
My warmup today completed both of those challenges and a decent core workout. Then I jumped in with the trainer for a lat focus day! Totaling 311 reps for @steemmatt s 100+ rep challenge!
These challenges are a great way to either get started with a workout routine or to just change it up like I've been doing!
I'm still working on feeling that lat pull during certain exercises. I have to focus on the flexion vs trying to lift heavier. Until next time!
