Great stuff, Winston! Thanks for the shout out. Good luck with your challenge. Remember, it's a long term play. Marathon, not a sprint. It takes about 30 days to build a new habit. I guess I'm on day one as well. :)

Great point about the relationship between anxiety and exercise. Hurray endorphins!
