My PB was 82kg bodyweight with 86kg extra last year before I broke my back.
I was doing a weighted Chinup with 68kg extra weight for a single a few weeks ago but I've shifted my focus to pulley assisted OAC practice since then.
I blew my knee out a few days ago and I haven't been able to walk, so it's all on hold for now.
Really really nice. Waiting for the challenge to see where I stand
