My Average Training Routine

Here's a video of yesterday's workout featuring a friend and I


Here we demonstrate the 3 major exercises: SQUAT, BENCH, DEADLIFT

The last workout (low cable flyes) is just to get a little extra pump. Keep in mind, we mainly body build, but incorporating these powerlifting moves has helped us massively!
