Automation finally rendered everyone unemployed when last employed lost his butler job on July 10th 2047. His employer was the last person who could tolerate human error and slowness. Why hire one human when fifty robots could do the same job his family thought at fraction of cost.

Sadly the contest itself is for 55 rep and under. I myself am going write some 50 word shorts just for fun outside of the contest as well. I really enjoy being forced to use 50 or less words. Bit of a challenge for me.
